Who we are

These pages are run by Dotum. To contact us, book a call with us.

What we collect

• Usage analytics: pages viewed, buttons and links clicked, how far you scroll, and your approximate location from your IP address. We use PostHog, hosted in the EU.
• If you arrived from one of our emails: the link carries a short reference code so we know which email led you here. It does not contain your email address.
• If you book a call: the details you give in the booking form.

Cookies

Until you accept cookies, analytics run without cookies or local storage. If you accept, we store an identifier in a cookie and in local storage so we can recognise repeat visits, and we may record anonymised sessions to improve the pages. You can change your choice by clearing this site's cookies.

Why we use it

To understand which of our services interest manufacturers, and to follow up on calls you book. Our legal basis is legitimate interest, or your consent where cookies are used.

How long we keep it

We keep analytics data for up to 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by contacting us: book a call with us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.
